You may request a refund or return under the following conditions:

  • Item not as described: If the Rust skins you receive do not match the description provided at the time of purchase.
  • Non-delivery: If the purchased skins are not delivered to your Steam account within the specified timeframe.

 

Process for Returning Skins

Returns are only finalized once the skin has been successfully traded back from your Steam account to a designated Reflect Entertainment LTD bot/account.

Refund Processing

If your return request is approved due to a fault or misdescription on our part, we will process a refund to your original payment method. You may also opt to receive the refund as a credit to your RustSkinTrade wallet for immediate use. For non-statutory "change of mind" returns (where permitted), refunds will be credited to your RustSkinTrade account.

  • Inspection Period: The verification process may take up to 5 business days from the date we receive the returned skins.
  • Refund Processing: Once approved, refunds will be credited to your RustSkinTrade wallet within 3-5 business days.
